Laser Coaching Package

Laser coaching is a 40 minutes laser-focused session to give you back momentum. This format is perfect if you're stuck and seeking more clarity, contemplating a dilemma, want to increase your motivation and performance, or develop awareness and see the blind spots.

This 10-session package is only available if you’ve worked with me before-space is limited, please enquire directly with me.

Note: This container works best if you'd like to work on a specific topic or challenge in personal or business life (both are interconnected).

  • What's included:

    • 10 x 40-minute private coaching session

  • Examples of common questions I've worked on in single sessions with my clients:

    • How can I find motivation again?

    • What to focus on when I have too many goals to pursue?

    • A dilemma is keeping me stuck.

    • Building confidence for an important conversation or a speech/presentation.

    • Overcoming procrastination

    1. When you book your session, you’ll have a short online questionnaire to share a bit about yourself and the outcome you’re pursuing.

    2. After payment and booking, you’ll get an automated booking notification.

    3. The session will be audio with camera off, to give you space and eliminate distractions.

What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.

N.B. The ICF is a non-profit organization dedicated to professional coaching. ICF has been called "the main accrediting and credentialing body for both training programs and coaches."

 

What is “laser coaching”?

 

Laser coaching is a short one-off session targeted at an area of challenge or interest.

I will use specific coaching frameworks to support you in reaching the desired outcome.

This is a co-creation and close collaboration between you and me, and you are in the driver’s seat.

You can think of it as a conversation where I will ask questions to elicit deep thinking.

  • In this specific container, I apply the coaching protocols following ICF - the International Coach Federation.

    The session is a co-creation between me and my client and is an advice-free zone. You can read more about it here.

  • The session will be audio to allow space for you to go into exploration without distraction. If you wish, I can record the session so you don’t have to take notes and can re-listen to the call on your own time.

    At the beginning of the session, I will ask you what you’d like to discuss and work on, and we will go from there.

    You may leave the session with some action steps, a commitment to yourself, this will depend on you and what you want. I will always check-in with you so you are in the driver’s seat!

  • A coach can be helpful in specific stages of our journey to support a shift, overcome a struggle, or help us fine-tune a vision or calling. I like to be coached for mental fitness, to help me see the blind spots, to challenge me, and to keep a certain momentum.

    We will discuss the appropriate frequency depending on where you are and what you want.

  • When we enter the realm of coaching, time becomes almost irrelevant. I wanted to make a format that’s easy to schedule for very busy business owners. I’ve been coaching in this format for a while now and have seen amazing results.

  • Yes, for the Clarity Breakthrough Session exclusively, you’ll have the option to do it virtually or to come to eOfis in Akaratler Istanbul, where we will have our private meeting room. I don’t meet in coffee shops as the music can be distracting, and there can also be confidentiality issues when it’s crowded.

  • Yes, if what you’re looking for is to be coached on a specific struggle, challenge, or question and you’d like to work on it from a coaching approach.
